My stay was a memorable one

The room was very comfortable, spacious and decent and the receptionists were okay.

The fact that I had to wait outside for a long time before the receptionist came around. I saw some staffs/workers like cleaners but they refused to talk to me and I wondered why? However, the receptionists were very good at their work. Also, I don't understand the reason why I had to take my bin to the second floor to dispose off? It wasn't explained. Finally, the fact that there was no explanations about the operations and use of the facilities in the room was not good enough, e.g. how to open the windows for fresh air

quite convinient

Having a kitchen was good. They could have had better glasses for drinks. Location was very good, since I travelled for work, it had good connection to public transportation. Solna Centrum was pretty close.

Kitchen equipment can be improved via having bigger glasses. Also, a coffee machine would be good, or maybe a coffee machine at the lobby would be nice.

Our room was very spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly, and the apartment location is walking distance to the train station. We had a great stay.

Good

The room was very nice and clean and the staff was attentive and did a great job trying to assist all our needs.

The ventilation system needs adjustment. It was blowing so strong and cold air directly on the bed that it was impossible to sleep comfortably. We got another room for the 3rd and 4th night where the ventilation outlet was taped, probably by another visitor prior to our stay. After that, it was a much better experience.

Perfect for a stay on a budget

The bed was extremely comfortable, there was amazing natural lighting in the room and it was very quiet as well - nothing could be heard from the outside, other rooms or the corridor. While the hotel is located outside of Stockholm City, it was easily and quickly accessible by metro - the commute from T-centralen took around 15 minutes and the walk from the station to the hotel was another 10 minutes.

The kitchen area was a bit run-down, but everything worked fine regardless.

The room was clean and was exactly like in the photos. The reception worker was nice and helpful: we had an issue with the electric stove and she helped us with it and proposed another room (we declined cause the problem was not critical for us).

The curtains on the carnival do not move very smoothly, I was afraid to tear them off when I opened and closed them

Good enough

modern, airy room, relatively convenient location—does the job.

The furnitures weren’t really placed in a user-friendly way but that’s very very small issue. There’s no bottle opener provided and you also can’t borrow one from the reception.

The apartments look the same as at the photos. Perfect location, near the subway. I enjoyed my staying

Easy to find. My flight was in the morning and I asked for early check in it it was provided for free, I’m really appropriate for that.

It’s apartment, thats why It would be grate to have some tea, coffee, oil for cooking. I asked the girl on the reception and she shared with me, but to have in the room would be better.

Wonderful

The apartment was spacious and clean, very well organized. The location is very convenient with frequent bus and metro connection and a supermarket across the street . Good value for money.

The heating was kept very low for our Mediterranean sense of cold and there was no way to regulate it individually. That together with the fact that one of the windows did not close properly made it quite chilly inside the room. We asked for the heating to be turned up but was told that it was not possible.

Great apartment in Solna!

Great location in Solna, very close to metro line 10/11 connected directly to the city old town. Bus stop in front of the building. An Ica supermarket next door. Solna Centrum is just 7-8 minutes walking distance and the Solna train station is about 20-25 minutes walking distance, connected with Arlanda Airport. Very clean studio, well equipped kitchen, large windows. Breakfast delivered in the morning by the door if selected.

The ventilation vent was directed to the bed with no possibility to turn it on/off. So I had to move the bed as there was no other option, the receptionist offered to send someone to direct the airflow in another direction but I chose to move the bed and it was fine afterwards.

Very Good

excellent value for money for solo travelers. Just 4 stops from the T central station and 2 bus stops from there. The bus after 21:00 doesn't go very frequently but it is within 15 min walking which is not too bad, even thought after 22:00 in September was noone on the street and a bit scary for a lady on its own.
